[EDIT] Wow I just noticed a HUGE perspective error on the Thunderhawk... crazy I never saw that before... see if you can spot it :)

IH do have Librarians, its the Chaplain that is usually an Iron Father.

Great artwork (although for scale, the Predator cannot fit in a T-Hawk).

Not normally, but I don't know what the official fluff says. I don't see why not.

The Guy standing on the thunderhawk may not be a librarian, as per iron hands codex they do not use one instead has the Iron Father, Clan Commander or a Veteran Wearing Tactical Dreadnaught.

Very well detailed. a fave.

aww -sends love!-

I know I should give a good artistic critique, but to be honest, I love the verse so much - and you really do an excellent portrayal - that all I've got to say is awesome job.

Wonderful!

I'm not quite sure why this pic didn't recieve more attention, but its absolutely fantastic. It's right up there with the official selections for the 40k codex images.

Stunning! :)

It's been years since I've played 40K (I think the Eldar's Viper jetbike was the newest model release when I drifted away) - perhaps I'll stick photos of some of my miniatures in my gallery someday...

Im working on a project called the Anargo Sector Project in which we try to create an entire Imperial Sector in full detail. First of all we deal with the background however we mix sources from the older editions and the new editions, and besides that we also give somewhat of our own interpretation to certain concepts in the background GW has been ignoring somewhat.

Besides the background of all the worlds, races, economies, factions, politics etc etc etc we are also trying to create a dedicated artwork, the artwork section is where we are looking more artists for since we could always use more skilled people. Now if you are interested to join up and see a challenging interpretation of the 40k background you should check out the following links:

Wiki Page: [link]

Forum: [link]

Just join up if you like!

Peace!

Malika

PS. I'll let you already know that we are a fan project and not a professional undertaking. Because of this we are not able to pay for our artists, we simply work together because we are fans of the 40k hobby.

PSS. I think I might have asked you to join up a few months (or is it years already) but since it was such a long time ago I kinda forgot if Ive already tried or not.

Sorry for the late reply: go ahead and use anything I do for the project. I actually orignally did the priest dude (see scraps I think) with you in mind.

Long as you link to my DA page every time you post my work if that's cool.

I love you! Incredible stuff, it was always these kinds of smooth dark realistic works in the 40k book that grabbed me... 40k is a huge inspiration to me (though it doesn't show in my work D:), and you've totally done the universe justice :D kudos!

Don't know why, but left side has got less perspective than rest.
But the rest makes it for the left ;)

Anyway, it's a very nice drawing.
I wonder where you got all this patience to shade like that.
Favzored.

Warhammer 40k is the best depiction of what I love most of Sci-Fi... Good job with this. The background must have been a real bitch to do. It paid off though.
